The remaining seven transactions, spread across East River Road, Skyline Trail, Arthur Pease Road, Chipman Road, Clark Wright Road and one unaddressed parcel, are listed as price not yet available, which is typical while the registry's price data catches up. Several of the period's deeds were not conventional sales: one moved a property into a family trust, one recorded a homestead declaration, and one transferred ownership between related corporate entities. With price data available for only one of eight transfers, the period's market tone cannot yet be assessed from price alone.
