MIDDLEFIELD — Finance Committee reviews Patriot software upgrade for Assessor's Office. The Catalis quote totals $41,153.79 over five years, including an $8,000 one-time setup and migration from the existing Tyler system, with 5 percent annual increases. Select Board member Ann Marie Visconti noted the contract should be limited to three years unless a Special Town Meeting article requests otherwise.
Chair Brent LeBeau presented a draft tax-impact tool for the HERO Act under various scenarios and confirmed a joint Finance Committee and Select Board meeting for March 11th at 6:30 p.m. The committee accepted the Annual Town Report and moved to include updated Zoom links and document distribution for remote participants on all future agendas.
