Four Middlefield Deeds Recorded in August as Sale Prices Range From $16,000 to $105,000
Four property transfers were recorded in Middlefield between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Three carried disclosed prices, ranging from $16,007 to $105,000, with a median of $39,750; one estate-related filing at 30 River Road listed no price. The top sale was 188 East River Road at $105,000, sold by Susan Schneller and Susan Begin to Begin Your Stay LLC. Transfers spanned four different streets with no geographic clustering. Buyers included two LLCs, one bank and one estate-tax affidavit filing. With only four recorded deeds, the data set is too small to characterize overall market conditions.
