Middlefield Library Trustees agree to quarterly meeting schedule after convening twice yearly. The board, chaired by Tonya Santaniello, reviewed finances showing 5900 dollars remaining in the fiscal-year budget with 590 dollars monthly allocated for books and supplies. Library Director Lois Leonardo-Bell is finalizing an Aris certification document while Trustees Donna Breen and Santaniello prepare State Aid financial documents.
The library plans to allocate 2800 dollars in furniture funds for bookcase replacement and a thermal printer to reduce supply costs.
