The remaining three deeds, at 30 River Road, 176 Chipman Road and 9 Alderman Road, listed no consideration amount; they included an estate tax affidavit, a homestead declaration and a transfer to the town of Middlefield. Chipman Road was the only street with more than one recorded deed.
