Seven Deeds Recorded in Middlefield as Price Data Stays Scarce
Seven property transfers were recorded in Middlefield between July 17 and August 15, but only two of the seven disclosed a sale price. Those two ranged from $105,000 to $195,800, for a median of $150,400. The top disclosed sale was 191 East River Road at $195,800, sold by Begin Your Stay LLC to Verus Residential Loanco LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Three of the seven transfers, including the top sale, occurred on East River Road and involved the Begin family or Begin Your Stay LLC. With five of seven prices undisclosed, the data offer only a partial view of market activity this period.
