The top sale was 95 Town Hill Rd at $315,000, transferred from Pieter Loots and Beatriz Sternberg to Embrace Home Loans Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Three of the six transfers involved River Road addresses. With half the month's sales still lacking price data and a mix of estate, municipal and lender-related transactions, the data does not support characterizing the market as strong or weak this period.
