The other two, on East River Road and Skyline Trail, have no price yet on record, which is typical for recent filings. With just one priced sale, the range and median both sit at $315,000. The Skyline Trail transfer involved two parties sharing the Gallo surname. Three recorded sales is a modest count for the month.
