Six Deeds Recorded in Middlefield in July, Only One Sale Price Disclosed
Middlefield recorded six property deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one disclosed a sale price: $195,800 for 191 East River Road, sold July 22 by Begin Your Stay LLC to Verus Residential Loanco LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. That figure also served as the period's price range and median, since no other deed included a sale price. Other recordings included a town of Middlefield land acquisition on Alderman Road, a Berkshire Bank sale on Chester Rd, and a Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. sale on Skyline Trail. With five of six prices undisclosed, the data does not support a clear read on market tone this period.
